My first day at work

I work for First Community Management Serves i did not know how to communicate with people until my team leader showed me how to interact with people, my first day i was nerves, i let my partner do all the talking until i can get the hang of  things, on my fourth round i tried doing things on my own and they were very shocked to see that i court on so quickly, i have been doing surveys for four months now and I'm not scared or nerves
